Projestic includes an AI assistant ("Jarwis") that can read board context and respond in chat. When you use AI features, relevant content from your workspace (such as chat messages, board structure, and task data) may be transmitted to third-party large language model providers (for example, OpenAI) for processing.

AI outputs are generated automatically and are not reviewed by humans before delivery. Do not submit sensitive personal data, confidential business information, or regulated data unless you accept the risk of processing by third-party AI systems.

We may retain prompts, responses, and related metadata for service operation, abuse prevention, quality improvement, and legal compliance, subject to our retention practices and applicable law.

We use collected information to:

• Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Service.
